Hey LAV fam, it’s me again

Just popping in for a short but sweet check-in while I eat my daily salad. Today’s bowl featured leftover chicken kabob from Sunday night family dinner, tossed with mixed greens, feta, a few olives, and a dash of the LAV Original Za’atar V11 sample. Should I have taken a pic? Yes. Did I get lazy? Also yes (gasp).

Anyway—big news: this week I’m launching new merch!

And by merch, I mean a super cute sweatshirt featuring our new LAV heart design. I wore it all weekend and plan to keep wearing it until I’m forced to do laundry.

You know I’ve been deep in finalizing the new LAV formulations, and I figured… while we wait, why not drop some fun merch in the meantime? The last time I made sweatshirts was exactly a year ago—remember those white crewnecks with hand-stitched felt letters (shoutout to my mom)? Iconic. But… not scalable. And I want all the girlies to have a LAV sweatshirt, ya know?

So I partnered with a friend of a friend (hi @ partipacks), who helped bring my new vision to life.

We’re still keeping it scrappy, of course—Cate and I spent the weekend shooting some content in the sweatshirts (stay tuned 👀). I ordered a small batch to start, but if there's interest, I can restock faster than Baked by Melissa can make a green goddess salad.

So—do we need another sweatshirt?

If you ask my mom the answer is probably not.

But if you ask me? A 22-year-old founder who finds joy in comfort and branding? The answer is yes.

• Lately I’ve been living in athleisure (classic), but when I do get dressed up, I try to make the most of it. As much as I want to be that girl who puts jeans on every day, that’s just not me. Especially when I’m working from my little desk situation.

Obsessing:

• Sorry but this is the cutest olive oil I’ve ever seen, I don’t even care that it doesn’t come in a squeeze bottle.

Enjoying:

• A good green smoothie. This one was the hippy from Jan’s.

• How to lose a guy in 10 days. Rewatched that iconic movie this weekend and was reminded of the power of a halter dress (and Matthew McConaughey)…

• Dessert in a mug. It just tastes better?
